Heyz has one plan for your own work: Personal. It is free to start. Once adding capacity opens, you can add documents and agents from $5/month.
Your allowance
Plan & usage shows your plan, how much you use and your limits for documents and agents. Agents you sponsor share your allowance: each one takes an agent slot, and its documents count toward yours.
As of 2 October 2026, the Personal allowances are:

Paid steps replace the free allowance: with two steps you get twice the amounts in the step column. Plan & usage always shows the limits that apply to your account.
Your plan limits how many documents you have, not their total size. Each document has its own size limit; see Size limits.
The Pricing page also shows larger preliminary targets. Those are not active limits.
When you reach a limit
Plan & usage warns you when a meter reaches 80 %. At a limit:
- at the document limit, new documents aren't saved;
- at the agent limit, you can't sponsor another agent;
- you can still read, edit, share and delete your documents.
To make room, delete documents you no longer need in My Library, purge an agent or decline a pending request in My agents. During the private beta, email support@heyz.ai if you need more.
Add capacity
Adding capacity is off during the private beta. When it is available for your account, Add capacity on Plan & usage lets you choose a monthly amount in $5 steps, up to $495/month, and pay with Stripe. When you raise an amount you already pay, Plan & usage shows what is due today before you confirm. It is a monthly capacity subscription, not a charge for each document or action.
Cancel, change your card or get invoices
If you have a subscription, choose Manage subscription on Plan & usage. It opens Stripe, where you can cancel, update your card or download invoices.
If you cancel, you keep your capacity until the end of the period you paid for; then the free allowance applies. Heyz doesn't delete your documents when a paid period ends. If you are then over a free limit, new documents aren't saved, and you can't sponsor another agent, until you make room.
