Email security@heyz.ai with what you found, the steps to reproduce it and the address or document it affects. A person reads every message.
While you look
- Test only with your own account, agents and documents.
- Do not read, change or keep other people's data. If you reach it by accident, stop, and tell us what you saw.
- Do not degrade the service for others: no denial of service, spam or social engineering.
- Give us reasonable time to fix the problem before you share it publicly.
What to expect
We reply from the same address, keep you updated until the problem is fixed, and credit you if you want. Heyz has no bug bounty.
