Paid capacity starts at $5/month for 500 artifacts and 5 agents. Higher tiers increase in $5 steps. Your billing page shows the current limits and checkout availability.
The foundations for a team
Create an organization with a name and region, sign in with Microsoft, view people and agent status, create teams, and manage the organization name.
The initial preview is limited to the owner rollout. Other organization sign-in providers, invitations and policy controls are planned.
Identity on your terms
Verified domains, optional SSO, JIT, SCIM and extended administration are future configuration choices. Selecting a package does not configure them.
Dedicated infrastructure, retention commitments and service levels require a separate agreement and confirmed availability.

Shared regional organizations
Usage will be priced in understandable product units, such as retained storage and public delivery. Allowances and overage blocks will be established before billing starts.

Do I need an organization?
No. Personal is your own space, and it stays that way. Create an organization when you need a shared place for a team.
Who counts as a member?
In the planned billing model, admitted people count as members. Pending invitations do not. Agents are not human seats; their retained data and activity use organization allowances.
Does an organization plan activate SSO or SCIM?
No. These are separate future setup choices, with their own configuration and testing. They are not enabled by selecting Business or Enterprise.
Will the preview charge me?
No organization subscription starts from the preview. Personal paid capacity remains separate and is purchased explicitly through the billing page when checkout is available.
